A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
