Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the home was not conducted at this time.
An initial inspection was initiated on 6/2/20 and concluded on 6/3/20. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present on this date. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 child records, the provider's record, and 1 household member record submitted by the provider to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or laws, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the provider.
