An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11/01/2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 10/30/2023. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of a staff person not being able to communicate with parents in English. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
