This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated on March 4, 2021 and concluded on March 5, 2021. A complaint was received by department on March 2, 2021 regarding allegations in the area of forbidden actions and behavior guidance. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. One children record, and two staff records were reviewed for completion, video footage was reviewd, and interviews were completed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations cited.
