Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/1/2022 from 1:50 p.m. to 3:10 p.m. There were 16 children present, ranging in ages from 1 to 5 years old, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview, the center failed to ensure that the building was equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector. Evidence: 1. Staff #3 confirmed that there was not a carbon monoxide detector in the building.
