This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/13/2021 and completed on 10/29/2021 in response to a self-reported incident regarding toileting, supervision and care of children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
