Comments:
An initial inspection was conducted virtually August 13 2020 between 10:00am and 11:30am. There are currently no children in care. A tour of the facility was done via zoom. Staffing records were reviewed. Areas of non compliance are listed on the violation notice. Description:
Based on observation and interview, the center did not have an emergency preparedness plan that addressees staff responsibility and facility readiness with respect to emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place.
Evidence: The center director stated that the Fire Marshall will be reviewing their plan at the end of August.
Plan of Correction:
We already scheduled a visit of fire Marshall inspection on Aug 26, 2020.
