The Licensing Inspector for the Botetourt YMCA After School Program @ Buchanan Elementary School conducted an announced initial inspection on Tuesday, July 16, 2020. Staff records, emergency plans, policies & procedures and staff orientation & training were all reviewed. Physical facilities were inspected including outside play area, bathrooms and general care areas.
There were no violations found during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Program Director on Monday, July 27, 2020. Inspection conducted on 7/16/2020 started at 10:00 am and conclude at 11:25 am.
