An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 12/8/2023 from3:00 pm to 4:37 pm in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 11/3/2023 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of Rest Areas, linens, behavior guidance and forbidden actions. At the time of entrance, 2 children were in care with 7 the provider. The sample size consisted of 2 children's records and 1 provider record. Children were observed resting quietly on mats, having an afternoon snack and being picked up by parents. Hand washing and restroom procedures were observed. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation
