Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A Initial inspection was initiated on 07/24/2020 and concluded on 07/24/2020 the provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection and a virtual remote inspection was conducted . The inspector emailed the applicant a list of items required to complete the inspection.
An virtual inspection was completed at the applicants home. The home's floor plan was provided . The applicant will use two areas of the home, one bathroom and fenced in backyard for care of children. A tour of the home was completed the following was viewed spacing of rest mats landline phone, bathroom supplies, stair barrier, emergency phone numbers, menu,refrigerator temperature, diapering area and supplies, equipment and supplies for children, outside areas, emergency supplies and procedures. Emergency plan, menu, background checks, and floor plan were submitted for review before virtual inspection.
The inspection will be reviewed with the Administrator.
Based on observation and applicants interview, the applicant did not have antiseptic cleaning solution or pads.
Evidence: The applicant confirmed there was no antiseptic cleaning solution or pads in the first aid kits.

Antiseptic solution will be purchased today.
