Comments:
An unannounced renewal monitoring inspection was conducted on June 22, 2023 from approximately 10:56 am to 12:20pm. One Caregiver was present with 10 children ( 20 points). Children were cleaning up after lunch and transitioning into nap time. Four children records and two caregiver records. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, diapering ,nutrition, outside area, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review and observation, the licensee did not have a current one-week period menu posted.

Evidence: On June 22, 2023, there was one staff with 10 children in care. There was one 1 year old, two 2 year olds, five 3 year olds , one 4 year olds and one 7 year old. The total point was 20.
