There were 22 children present with two staff. The children were eating a snack, doing homework and playing table games. Three child records and three staff records were reviewed. Violations: Standard #: 22.1-289.035-B-2 Description: Based on the review of three staff files, the facility failed to ensure that all staff have all required background checks on file prior to the first day of employment.
