There were 22 children present with three staff. The children were playing with table games and eating a snack. Four child records were reviewed. Thank you for your cooperation. Evidence: 1. The children did not wash their hands before the snack. Plan of Correction: The program instructor reported that the children will wash their hands before and after eating.
