A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 03/08/2022 and concluded on 03/28/2022. There were 5 children present with 1 caregiver. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the subsidy supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the provider did not ensure to have all required procedural components for the emergency plan. Evidence: The provider did not have all required emergency preparedness plan policies and procedures.
