A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 23, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on site visit was from 10:45 a.m. through 11: 45 a.m. On this date, there were one hundred seven children in the care of sixteen staff. The records of eight staff and nine children?s records were reviewed. Medication and appropriate paperwork were reviewed for one child. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
