A renewal inspection was initiated on 1-13-23 and concluded on 1-13-23. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:15am and concluded at 12:15pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
