A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/23/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 10:05am and ended at 11:50am. There were 11 staff with 54 children at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing with blocks, reading books, drawing pictures and other organized activities. Staff files, children's files, medication, and evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
