Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/23/2024 from 10:05am to 11:50am. There were 54 children directly supervised by 11 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in free play, building blocks, reading books, and drawing and coloring pictures. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
