Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 10:45am. Observed 3 children totaling 8 points with 1 caregiver. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were drawing/coloring, playing with blocks and toys, learning letters, shapes and colors during the inspection. An infant in care was being held and playing with a toy. The caregiver was actively engaged with the children and activities. The daycare areas of the home were found to be clean and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Areas of non-compliance with standards and laws reviewed were found. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@doe.virginia.gov
