The Inspector reviewed the new requirement that at least one working carbon monoxide detector be in place in the home. The provider was able to demonstrate full compliance with this requirement.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/8/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. During the morning care program there were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 6years to 11years, with the provider supervising. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One new child's record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
