Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 6/14/2023.? There were 6 children present with the provider and 1 staff supervising. The point total was 10. Children were observed during lunch time and the start of nap time. A total of 3 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 12:50 pm and concluded at 2:30 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and staff interview the licensee did not ensure when meals and snacks are provided by the family day home, the menu for the current one-week period shall be dated and list any substituted food. Evidence: The provider confirmed that the food listed for lunch was not the food that was served and the substituted food was not listed on the menu.
