This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
The licensing inspector initiated an unannounced remote inspection which was initiated on 2/22/202 and concluded on 2/23/2021 in response to a complaint received by the department on 2/3/2021 for allegations regarding ratios, supervision, sanitation and physical plan. Interviews were conducted with the staff relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid."
