Technical Assistance:
Discussed about substitute provided, outdoor area steps, and cribs manufacture information . Will follow up about bassinets in the home.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal monitoring inspection was conducted on December 8, 2023 from approximately 10:00 am to 11:05 am. One provider and two assistants were present with 9 children ( 19 points). Children were observed singing the alphabet song, participating in a obstacle course and freely playing. Five children records and one provider and one assistnat record was reviewed.
Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, diapering ,nutrition, outside area, children and caregiver record, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, the provider did not ensure the most recent license was posted in conspicous place on the licensed premises.
Evidence: The license posted expired in 04/2023. Provider confirmed the most recent license was not posted.
