Discussed AV for Subsitution hours. Researching the usage of crib for children with diabilities.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal monitoring inspection was conducted on April 18, 2024 from approximately 9:25am to 10:30 am. One provider and two assistants were present with 8 children ( 18 points). Children were observed freely playing, when entering the home. The children participated in letter recogonition, color recogonition and shapes recogonition activities. Five children records, three staff records and two household memebers
Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, diapering ,nutrition, outside area, children and caregiver record, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure to obtain a minimum of sixteen clock hours of training annually.
Evidence: Staff #2 and Staff #3 did not complete 16 hours of training annually. Confirmed by staff.
