This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An initial inspection was initiated and concluded on December 8, 2020. The provider was contacted by telephone to initiate the virtual inspection. There were not any children in care. While areas of standards could not be determined during the initial inspection due to there not being any children in care, all areas of standards were reviewed. Additionally, all areas of standards will be determined at the first unannounced monitoring inspection. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed staff records as a part of the initial inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
