An unannounced inspection was conducted on 08/29/2022 9:30 a.m. - 11:24 a.m. There were 7 children present ranging from 4 months to age 3 and 2 staff supervising. The inspectors reviewed the areas of non-compliance that resulted in the issuance for the provisional license. The areas of non-compliance have been corrected and the provider has requested early compliance. The information gathered during this inspection determined compliance with applicable standards.
