A complaint inspection was conducted today in response to information submitted to the licensing office. Based on observation and interviews, one part of the complaint information was valid. A violation notice was issued.
Based on observation, the facility failed to ensure that the hazardous substances were in a locked area. Evidence: During the inspection, window cleaner and sanitizing spray were accessible to children in care.
