Comments:
An in-person unannounced inspection was conducted today with another local agency in response to a self-reported incident regarding forbidden action. Based on interviews conducted and documentation reviewed there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Based on observation, hazardous substances were not kept in a locked place that prevents access by children.
Evidence: Building 1030: On the lower level, a antibacterial hand sanitizer was observed accessible to children. On the upper level, a hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and toilet bowl cleaners were observed accessible to children.
