Technical Assistance:
During inspection playground was not completed and will be subject to inspection upon completion. In addition, capacity was determined via virtual inspection and is subject to change upon onsite inspection.
Comments:
On 3/15/2021 An announced initial inspection was conducted in collaboration with local authorities. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic this inspection via video application as well as phone and email correspondence. During the inspection owners and staff records were inspected, The physical plant and grounds were inspected. Equipment, toys and supplies were inspected. Emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

During inspection it was determined that all areas determined for use were not in safe and operable condition.
Evidence: During inspection the playground intended for use was not yet completed and fenced in for use by potential children in care.
Plan of Correction:
We have developed a walking plan to make use of neighboring outdoor space and the playground will not be used until it is fenced in and completed. ;.
