An announced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/2/2021. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not site This inspection was conducted via video application as well as email and phone correspondence. There were 55 children
directly supervised by 24 staff. The Facility, staff records, children?s records, and evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Medications and documentation were also inspected. The number of staff with CPR/ First and Daily Health Observation were in compliance. Children were observed playing freely. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
