The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced in person complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 2/28/2022. Interviews were conducted with management relating to the allegations of behavioral guidance which allegedly occurred in November 2021. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
