The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 9/12/2022. Classroom observations and interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of ratios. All three toddler classrooms were in ratio. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
