An unannounced enforcement inspection was conducted on November 13, 2023, from 8:30am-9:30am. Observation and physical plant inspections of 8 classrooms, room #1,2,3,5,7,9,11, and older infants were conducted, no evidence of mice droppings. One staff record was reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
A self report investigation was conducted this date and documented on a separate report.
