The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection jointly with another agency in response to a complaint that was received by the department on March 4, 2024, regarding forbidden actions. The inspection was initiated and completed on March 6, 2024. The inspector was on site from 8:04 am to 12:05pm. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the classroom and 2 staff and 2 children records were reviewed.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
