Discussed with management ways for staff to get control of the children without having to raise their voice level. Staff could benefit with some training, reach out to Child Care Aware.

The licensing inspector conducted an joint unannounced complaint inspection with another agency in response to a complaint that was received by the department on March 14, 2024, regarding allegations of programming. The inspection was initiated and completed on March 20, 2024. The inspector was on site from 9:00am to 11:00am. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center.
Due to the information attained during the initial complaint interviews, other staff interviews were conducted. There was not enough evidence to support those allegations.
The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
