A monitoring inspection was conducted on 2/06/2023. 2 children (6pts) were in attendance with the Provider. The physical space, 2 children?s records, Provider/household member documents, required posted documents, evacuation drills, attendance records and training certificates were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed interacting with the Provider, each other and age-appropriate materials. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
