Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/23/2023. There were 2 children present and 1 caregiver. A tour of the home was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with caregiver. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on a record review the licensee did not ensure all required information was kept for each child. Evidence: 1. Child #1 and Child #2 did not have 1 of the 2 complete emergency contact information.
Plan of Correction:
The licensee obtained complete emergency contact information the same day as inspection and documented it in the record.
