Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/12/2024. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review the center did not ensure all caregivers had the required 16 hours of annual training. Evidence: Caregiver #1 had 6 hours of the 12 hours of annual training required for 2023.
Plan of Correction:
Caregiver will ensure she received at least 16 hours of annual training for 2024.
