Consultation was given on background checks and TB requirements for boarders, subsidy program information and conducting shelter-in place drills 2 times a year. Guidance, training links and model forms can be found on the DOE Licensing website: https://www.childcare.virginia.gov/home-childcare

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. No children were in care at the time of the inspection. Provider has moved the daycare to the first floor of the home. Consulted on crib arrangement, creating a safe floor space for infants and having diapering supplies in reach of the changing pad. Observed physical space, records for caregiver, training documentation, emergency preparation and household pet documentation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
