Comments:
A complaint was received in the licensing office on May 1, 2023 regarding care, protection and guidance of children in the three-year-old classroom. On May 8, 2023 an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. At the time of this investigation, the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid. A violation was cited for staff records.

Based on staff records, 1 out 2 records, the center did not obtain documentation that program leaders had a graduate degree in a child-related field such as, but not limited to, elementary education, nursing, or recreation from a college or university and six months of programmatic experience Evidence: 1. Staff #2 (date of employment 5/18/2022) did not have a graduate degree in a child-related field 2 Staff #2 did not have documentation in record of six months of programmatic experience.
Plan of Correction:
The plan of corrections is to give teachers more training on early education. More trainings in class. More hands on trainings/leaving about children.
