A subsidy inspection was initiated on10/06/2022 and concluded on 10/06/2022. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure all staff who work directly with children have within 90 days of the date of employment .
Evidence: Staff #3 date of employment 6/13/22 works directly with children and did not have CPR with in 90days of the date of employment.
