Discussed electrical outlet covers, door not properly shutting in the early preschool room and staff emergency contact information. I recommend to turn over the mulch because mulch will be come soil because of the rain.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 18, 2023 from approximately 11:20 am-11:35 pm. There were 39 children 8 staff. Additional staff present to assist. Children were observed engaged in table activities, dancing, singing and freely playing.Five staff records and three children records were reviewed during the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure the most recent violation was posted.
Evidence: The violation notice posted was dated July 2021. The most recent inspection was Novemeber 2022.

In the staff bathroom near infant and toddler room, was unlocked and aresol spray was in the bathroom that labled keep out of reach and warning.
