Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 25, 2023 from 3:00pm- 4:32 pm. At the time of entrance, 38 children were in care with 7 staff members present. Additional staff was present to assist. The sample size consisted of 5 children records and 4 staff records. Children were observed freely playing, eating snack and schoolagers working on homework. Inside and Outside were inspected during the inspection.

Based on record review and staff, interview the licensee did not ensure all children records obtain all required information.
