An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 03/23/2023. There were 6 children, ages 10 years-15 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in learning activities, participating in music and movement and creating art. A total of 5 children?s records, 4 staff records and 2 applicant/agent records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:55 am and departed at 10:20 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
