A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/23/2023. There were 6 children, ages 10 years-15 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in learning activities, participating in music and movement and creating art. A total of 5 children?s records, 4 staff records and 2 applicant/agent records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:55 am and departed at 10:20 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
