A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 7/19/23 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of nine children were present with two caregivers. Children were observed in circle, singing songs, counting and talking about families. Programming, attendance, menus, emergency procedures, four child records, the provider record, one assistant record, two household records and one pet record were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
