LI and director discussed checking staff and children's records at scheduled intervals to ensure that they have all the required information and documentation.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on May 23, 2024, beginning at 11:20 a.m. and ending at 1:37 p.m. There were 14 children, ages 9 months through 5 years old, in the care of 3 direct care staff. The children were observed washing hands and preparing for lunch. Infants were observed playing with age-appropriate toys. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The outside play area was not inspected due to inclement weather. The daily attendance and emergency drill log were reviewed and in compliance.
