Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed CPS searches and annual updates for files.
Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:10pm-2:25pm. There were 16 children in the direct care and supervision of 4 staff. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 4 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, and during restroom procedures. One new staff member has been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Measurements were taken for the new space on floor 2. The exit interview was conducted with the director.
