Comments:
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:10pm-2:25pm. There were a total of 16 children in the direct care and supervision of 4 staff. Children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Based on record review, staff did not complete the safety update course.
