An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 1:30 p.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. with the provider and assistant. There were 12 children in care ranging in age from 8 months through 4 years of age and two resident children for a total of 32 points under the care and supervision of the provider and assistant. Children were observed during nap time, transition time and preparing for outdoor time. Child care areas and supplies and materials were observed.
Two staff records and three children records were reviewed. Attendance record was reviewed and complete. Emergency drills were up to date.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
